Terms of Service
This service agreement ( "Understanding") describes the terms and conditions of ShareByte.Ro ( "We") provide you the service you ( "User"). By using our services, user guide to understand the following terms and conditions following:
- We reserve the right to refuse "the direct linking" of users who use excessive length banda abuses or in another system.
- Pornography, nudity images, sexual content and any kind of image or video files offensive with such content are prohibited. Copyright protected materials are also prohibited. We reserve the right to delete upload files without warning the user in advance.
- Users need to agree and comply with all laws that apply where the location, including copyright or trademark law registered. Pictures, video or audio files that violate copyright or trademark is not allowed. If anyone has a complaint of a crime against the user, it will be notified to eliminate the copyright files until the problem is solved. If there is a dispute between users using this site, ShareByte.Ro we take no responsibility in resolving conflict.
- ShareByte.Ro is not responsible for images, video files or other files or damages caused by their absence or inactivity of the closure site. Also, we do not make any commitment in the future or to provide the hosting server pictures, video files and other files utiliatorului.
ShareByte.Ro agrees to cooperate with any legal authority in the event that an investigation will be requested.
